Russell C. Campbell Company provided HVAC testing and investigation services to determine causes of building air quality and thermal comfort problems.
Following the investigation, we provided corrective design engineering, procurement, construction management, and commissioning services for a $1.1 million dollar upgrade of the entire facility's HVAC system.
Collaborating partners included Preferred Construction Services, Incorporated and NRG Consultants, both of Fairless Hills, Pennsylvania.
