Russell C. Campbell, P.E. holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from The College of New Jersey and is a registered Professional Engineer in the States of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York. Prior to forming his own company, Russ Campbell served for 12 years as a field test engineer with the testing and consulting engineering firm of Eugene G. Freda, P.E., and 8 years as a senior HVAC engineer with Mobil Oil Corporation. He maintains memberships in ASHRAE and the International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering (ISPE).
